What kind of Protocol and Codec does mmPBX support? |

mmPBX, acting like a server, can allow SIP client & H323 client to get registered. Therefore, SIP clients can call each other by dialing number; they can interconnect to H323 Clients through mmPBX as well.

Can mmPBX act as a NAT Router to let PC to get on internet? |

It's not recommended strongly to do that. One of the main jobs of mmPBX is used to provide a solution for VoIP clients which are set up with Private IP to get through NAT; in other words, it can also save more resource of Public IP. And we have to make sure that there’s nothing exhausting the efficiency of mmPBX and damaging the performance while communication by data flows from PC. |

Why the amount of license for mmPBX is 100 accounts but I can’t have 100 extension numbers? |

Every extension or specific number on mmPBX stands for one account, including every number of Audio Conference Rooms, Video Clips…etc. Therefore, make sure that there’s no waste on the usage of license accounts. |

Please dial 123 to enter video mailbox then enter your own account and password, you can follow the direction to make your own video greeting. There're 3 kinds of greetings you can create: Personal Greeting、Unavailable Greeting、Busy Call Greeting. |

Why does it take so long to make a call and get connection with mmPBX? |

Please be sure that the following conditions are fulfilled:
- If the configuration of network on mmPBX is correct; make sure that the Ethernet card which hasn’t exercised yet is switched off on mmPBX web management console.
- If the network setup of the receiver client which is placed behind mmPBX is correct?

Why do I fail to make a call to mmPBX then transfer to an extension number? |

Please be sure that the following conditions are fulfilled:
- If the default DTMF of mmPBX is RFC2833.
- There might be a problem that the receiver can’t get the complete DTMF signals from the caller since the bad network connection causes the packet lose of DTMF signals, so you can hang up the phone and dial again or please check the bandwidth of each side.
